Members Area
This area is password protected. Usernames and passwords wil be given to church members on a one-by-one basis as people apply.
This enables us to display sensitive material, and to use this area as a resource for teams.
idea...We can use Google Calendars to set up team/house group rotas, which can send email reminders automatically to remind members when they are due on to serve etc.
FAMILY NEWS - Sensitive and non-sensitive can be displayed in this area.
UPDATE ONLINE - this may not be necessary, since it may be duplicate infomation, depending on how we choose to display our main diary.
PHOTO GALLERY - will enable us to display any video/photos that we would want the world to see. We may also be able to show pictures that would otherwise need consent.
TEAM BLOGS - will allow team members to update church members/eldership of recent progress in their specific teams. Team leaders can be given editorial access to just thier own pages. This could also be accessed by overseas members/missionaries/previous members(ie-Jason+Roz/Graham Woolgar) to keep us all posted on what's going on.
