What does "we believe" mean?
Everyone seeks a fulfilled meaningful life, with a purpose and an assured future.
We need saving from an empty way of life, from a life without God and from an eternity without God.
And God through His Son has made a way for us to receive this salvation freely - as a gift, through believing in Jesus.
Believing has to do with trusting. For example; we believe that a chair will support our weight - so we sit in it - real belief involves action.
We believe that Jesus came to earth, was born of a virgin, lived a pure and sinless life, but was crucified to absorb God's righteous anger at our sin, died in our place and was raised from death.
We believe He's alive today, helping us in our daily lives and actively building His church around the world. See Members Testimonies for what Jesus has done in their lives.
